“its something we’ve all heard and or said to a friend. do we really mean it? or do we all really deserve someone better? how much better does someone deserve to get? i mean im sure we all dont deserve someone better after each break up. and how much do your friends truly know about the relationship you had with your ex. unless you tell them every little detail of your relationship, then they dont. you could have had they best relationship with that person, and things just didnt work out. therefore you end up crushed, resulting in the “you deserve better” line. what if you knew that person was the one person you were meant to be with. i mean sure, we never really know if they are or not, but you have this strong feeling in the pit of your gut that there was a good chance that they were the one. what are you supposed to do? just cry for a little bit, then forget about them and move on completly to the next person that will probably hurt you too? what if you cant forget about them? every single thought is consumed with this person. even the most miniscule detail of your day makes the memories flood back into your head. what if no matter how bad you try, you cant forget them like everyone wants you to? what are you supposed to do then?”
